About Jody DeLand
Jody is a member of the American College of Clinical Thermology. She is a Board Certified Thermographer, receiving her education at the U.S. Meditherm Headquarters in Fort Meyers, FL. Jody practiced massage therapy for over 10 years, giving her a solid background in human anatomy. She is passionate about health and has been studying how to achieve optimal wellness for most of her adult life.

Digital Infrared Thermal Imaging (DITI) uses an ultra-sensitive, high-resolution camera to capture objective results relating to the physiology of pain, pathology, injury and dysfunction anywhere in the body. Breast surgeon, Christine Horner has declared, “Thermography is the best breast test.” Early detection of change in tissue can lead to earlier diagnosis and better treatment options as well as the opportunity for patients and their healthcare practitioners to intervene at an early stage with preventative treatment. Thermography is an adjunct to appropriate use of mammography.

Working with MDs trained in Thermology, Imaging Alternatives provides both images and medical interpretation to patients and to their healthcare providers if specified. Referrals not needed, but welcome. Patients receive the thermal images and accompanying report in their own mailbox.
